Confidence Academy was founded in September 2015. We're a company with the mission of cultivating and inspiring confidence, character, boldness, and courage in the lives, relationships, and careers of teens and women.

Research has shown that confidence can change the thoughts we have about ourselves, our relationships, the way we communicate, and our success. Confidence also comes with many benefits, such as:

  • Greater fulfillment and joy
  • Greater self-worth
  • Less fear and anxiety
  • Greater peace of mind
  • Greater success
Confidence Academy staff is equipped to help teens and women find, regain, or increase confidence within their lives and help them decrease feelings of low self-worth. This is done by reminding them the importance of self-love, self-worth, and self-respect. Additionally, we are equipped to offer leadership development, wellness, and self-care workshops. We offer group workshops, one-on-one services, virtual bootcamps, empowerment calls, apparel, and events.
